Three friends quit job and started Organic Food business, earning millions every month

All the food in this restaurant located in Sector 2 of Noida is made from organic products. Started business after doing research for one year

In a special conversation with Mani Bhaskar, the founders of the restaurant, Diwakar Bhalla and Yusuf Khan, said that after nearly a year of research, they started this organic food restaurant in August last year. All types of food in this restaurant are prepared in olive oil. Yusuf said that he faced some difficulties initially, but once tasting the organic food, customers are constantly coming. He said that 50 percent of the daily customers in the restaurant are those who have already eaten here. According to Yusuf, this restaurant has had to invest around Rs 50 lakhs to start and today has a turnover of around Rs 18 lakhs per month.

This is how the restaurant started

Describing the restaurant's debut, Yusuf Khan said that he used to work in the sales department at the real estate firm with his partner Diwakar Bhalla. During their work, both also have to go outside. The food he ate while going out caused him health problems. Taking care of his health, he planned to start a business so that people do not have health problems due to food. After long research, after the market trend, he quit his job and opened a restaurant for organic food. Today, more than 600 customers come to eat at this restaurant every day. The founders of the restaurant include Komal Bhardwaj who helps in preparing delicious and healthy food.

10 franchises to be opened this year

Diwakar Bhalla and Yusuf Khan said that they plan to open 10 franchises of their restaurant this year. According to Yusuf, franchisees of Kalkaji, Rajouri Garden in Delhi, Hazratganj in Lucknow and Kesarwala Restaurant in Faridabad, Haryana will start in the next three months. Apart from this, there are plans to open franchises in Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, Gurugram, Agra, Meerut and Moradabad this year. He said that at present there are about 48 employees working in his restaurant. Apart from food, sweets and bakery related products are also available in this restaurant. They also have a salty product soon.

Orders also come from big companies

Diwakar Bhalla said that his clients include many big companies. These companies demand large amounts of lunch and dinner for their employees daily. Apart from this, orders are also given from companies on special occasions. According to Diwakar, his restaurant is also available on Kesarwala online food delivery platforms Jumeto and Swiggy. Apart from this, home delivery is also given by the restaurant.
