In such a situation, privacy of users' data is very important. There is a risk of Indian users' data going out of the country through foreign apps. This is the reason that the Central Government has recently banned 59 apps including TikTok.

The indigenous social media app Elyments has been prepared by more than one thousand IT professionals. More than one lakh users have downloaded this app on the Google Play Store before its launch. This app can be used in more than 8 Indian languages. Through this app, users will be able to use social media feeds just like Facebook. In addition, users will also be able to experience audio-video calling through it. This app will directly compete with Facebook, because through this app, users will get experience of social media feeds as well as audio-video calling.
